Medeama SC head coach Ibrahim Tanko has set his sights on clinching the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League title.
The Tarkwa-based side currently lead the league table with 34 points after a narrow 1-0 victory over Hearts of Oak in Matchday 17 at the TNA Park.
In an interview with Sporty FM, Tanko emphasized his ambition while acknowledging the challenges that lie ahead in the second half of the season.
“The second round of the league will be very tough, so we have to do more, but we’re ready, and the players know that we have to add 10% more to our performance to achieve our goal,” the former Black Stars assistant coach stated.
Medeama will look to continue their winning form when they take on Young Apostles in Matchday 18 on Sunday, January 11.
