Foreigners pay very well and are always on time. Ghanaian are just too much drama. If a foreigner acts out i know my right as a citizen will be protected. But a Ghanaian will wait for the rent to reach before he starts to look for the money and then call the police on you like its your fault they don,t have the money knowing very well that the two years are around the corner.
