Vision FC head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang has set his sights on guiding the club into the top four of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The club, which made its top-flight debut last season, finished 11th with 45 points. Agyemang, however, insists the team is ready to push further this year.
“We are looking to make a jump. It would be very good if we could finish within the first eight. That would be a huge step for us. Personally, as a coach, I always aim for the top four. It’s good for my CV, but it’s also important for the club to move from 11th to the top four,” he told 3Sports.
Acknowledging the challenges of building a competitive Premier League side, the young tactician believes Vision FC has the potential to secure a respectable position.
“Look, we have to be realistic. We are a young team competing for places. Top eight would be a big achievement for us. In the first and second seasons, it’s about maintaining our position and improving on last year. The top four is a bit ahead for now, but top eight is achievable, and we’ll do everything possible to get there,” he added.
Vision FC will kick off their campaign with a home clash against FC Samartex on Sunday at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex.
