Speaking at a recent interview, Salma Mumin, who has gained an unsavoury reputation for some of her controversial comments, said she has not shied away from the idea of being a prophetess of God.

The actress, who has featured in a number of movies such as Foreigner’s God, No Man’s Land and The Storm, said growing up in a Christian home has laid the foundation of her potential prophetic calling.

Raised in a devout environment, she was immersed in God’s teachings, which she believes has culminated in her newfound aspiration to become a prophetess.

Reflecting on her formative years, Salma fondly remembers being a dedicated prayer warrior, during which she received divine revelations and insights. These early experiences, she suggests, may have been subtle hints from God, foreshadowing her future role as a prophetess.

“I could see things when I prayed, and I was part of a prayer warrior. As little, I was, each time I prayed, I saw things and that scared me,” she said on Wednesday, September 4.

In a surprise revelation, Ghanaian actress Salma Mumin has expressed her willingness to embark on a spiritual journey, aspiring to become a prophetess if ordained by God.

Speaking on the Afternoon Show on Wednesday, Salma Mumin, who has gained an unsavoury reputation for some of her controversial comments, said she has not shied away from the idea of being a prophetess of God.

According to her, most people have lots of perceptions on how people should go about their lives.

The actress has had several criticisms from social media users who questioned her source of wealth after acquiring a new Range Rover among other things.

But in an interview with Doreen Avio on the set of actress Kafui Danku’s upcoming movie, ‘Fear Women’, she clarified that though she has haters online, there are also people who love and applaud her for what she does.

“To me, everybody is a ghost. I do not know you and you do not know me. You may have a perception about me, probably not what you think I am, but the people close to me appreciate and love me more” she said.

She further stated that she no longer allows people’s speculations and comments to get to her.

In a video posted on July 29, 2024, Salma was seen at the port overseeing the arrival of her vehicles.

She was shown receiving a white Range Rover being driven out of a container and inspecting a Tesla Model S.

In the video, Salma mentioned her plans to acquire a Tesla Cybertruck next.

In an interview on the Delay Show, Salma expressed her belief that some women waste their time seeking assistance from “juju men” and “mallams” in hopes of attracting wealthy partners.

Instead, she advocates for prayer as the ultimate “kayamata” (a Hausa term referring to aphrodisiacs or love charms) for drawing wealthy men.

Salma revealed that her personal approach involves fervent prayer, particularly before bedtime, where she asks God to connect her with a wealthy partner who can positively impact her future.

“I pray to God anytime I go to sleep. And I tell him that he knows I’m not from a rich home, so he should connect me to my destiny helpers. I believe that meeting these rich people is a result of answered prayers,” Salma stated.

In an interview, with Delay, Salma Mumin began by expressing her concern for Moesha Boduong’s well-being, emphasizing that discussing her personal struggles does not bring her any satisfaction.

She stated, “Moesha is not fine, so talking about her doesn’t make me feel good.”

Addressing the circumstances surrounding the leaked recording, Mumin explained that she was at the residence of actor Elikem Kumordzie when she received a call from Moesha Boduong’s personal assistant.

Recalling the call, Mumin stated that she was shocked by the unexpected nature of the conversation.

“I had seen Moesha on a certain storey building, and I knew things weren’t okay,” Mumin said, implying her concern for Boduong’s well-being prior to the call.

Regarding her interaction with Moesha Boduong, Mumin clarified that they had not been in contact for over seven years until Boduong reached out to her via direct message.

Nonetheless, Salma Mumin stated that she believed they had reconciled and moved past any previous issues after she posted a birthday message for Boduong.

Explaining the events leading up to the recording, Mumin revealed that Elikem Kumordzie suggested recording the call for evidence purposes, given the sensitive nature of the conversation.

She emphasized that she was not the one who leaked the recording and expressed confusion over how it became public.

“We used Elikem’s phone to record, and I don’t know how it leaked, but the two of us had it, and I wasn’t the one who leaked it,” Mumin asserted.

According to her, her entrepreneurial ventures have been a success, while acknowledging her attraction to affluent suitors as a plus.

During an interview on the Delay Show, Salma dismissed allegations of relying on wealthy men to fund her opulent lifestyle. She clarified that her clothing and food businesses serve as the primary sources of financing her extravagant living.

“Yes, my clothing business and food ventures sponsor my trips. I am a very beautiful woman, but my success is a result of hard work and entrepreneurship, not just appearances,” she affirmed.

While addressing her evolving perception of being a “slay queen,” Salma expressed disappointment at being associated with transactional relationships.

“When slay queen started, it was women who could dress well and live a good life, but with time, the definition changed to girls who were into runs, so I just had to refrain from it,” she lamented.

Moreover, Salma candidly admitted that her beauty often attracts the attention of wealthy men, who are inclined to support her financially.

“I am a beautiful woman, and I’m lucky when it comes to wealthy men. I’m not even attracted to men who are not rich,” she disclosed.

The advice comes after Salma Mumin shared pictures of herself showcasing what she confirmed to be an enhanced physique.

In a lengthy message she advised her trolls to cut her some slack as her figure 8 body is all she has ever wanted.

Salma went as far as saying her sexual partner is content with her body; and she will enhance it as many times as she deems fit.

However, in a recent interview, actress Gloria Sarfo, known for her no-nonsense attitude, advised Salma not to succumb to societal pressures to undergo additional liposuction.

She praised Salma for her body enhancement, stating that Salma’s current appearance is beautiful and doesn’t need further changes.

The actress stressed that the key to confidence and beauty lies in embracing one’s unique features and being content with oneself. She reminded Salma that she is already beautiful as she is and encouraged her not to be swayed by unrealistic beauty standards.

In a candid statement, Mumin expressed her confidence in her own body and made it clear that she does not require anyone’s validation or negative comments about her appearance.

With a sense of self-assurance, Mumin declared that she possesses a mirror and is well aware of how she looks.

Additionally, she emphasised that she does not need the opinions of others, whether in person or on social media, to determine the state of her body.

The Away Bus actress acknowledged that some individuals had previously praised her former appearance, which they now refer to as the most beautiful body they had ever seen.

However, she denounced them as “hypocrites” for previously trolling her over the very same body.

“I know how I look, I don’t need anyone around me or on this app telling me how terrible my body looks. I saw my previous body that y’all loved so much yet trolled me over. Till recent times I didn’t even know y’all loved it with all your hearts.

“I saw that body and still went for this meaning I love this. If I wake tomorrow and don’t like this one I will change it and there is nothing none of you can do about it! Leave me alone wai. The one pressing it is not complaining neither am I complaining,” she wrote.

Addressing her critics directly, Mumin voiced her disinterest in their negative remarks, specifically regarding her buttocks, saying they have no effect on her.

In a firm tone, she advised those who dislike her enhanced figure and cannot refrain from expressing their opinions to direct their energy elsewhere.

“I’m addressing it because I have grown out of worrying about your comments about my buttocks. Nothing y’all say gets to me. Challey if you don’t like it and can’t keep mute go hang a transformer or jump into the sea.

“This is not an explanation because I don’t owe it to any of you. This is me setting the records straight and putting y’all in your places,” she wrote.

She acknowledged that she had initially denied undergoing any enhancements, but highlighted that she has the freedom to change her mind about her decisions, just like any other individual.

With a touch of sarcasm, she encouraged her detractors to spread the news of her body enhancement, emphasizing that she is an independent person and not answerable to anyone’s expectations.

“Looks like silence is not golden any more. Yes!! I denied it in the beginning, but I’m not God to not change my mind on my decisions. So yessss!!! I have enhanced my body, go into the world and spread the news. I am not any of you’s child,” she climaxed her statement.

According to a press release, Miss Mumin said her comment was unfortunate and thereby apologised unreservedly.

Her statement followed MTN Ghana’s legal threat against her for spewing lies to the public as an influencer.

In a recent post, the actress lambasted MTN for her missing money in her Momo account.

I believe it’s your workers! It must be looked into. My money must be found…this is becoming unbecoming.

She further said: You assure us of our monies being safe with you but it’s all lies. You people must pay our monies to us [SIC].

But MTN, reacting to this, said Miss Mumin is lying to the public as an influencer, hence they will be compelled to take legal action against her if she doesn’t come out and apologise in less than 24 hours.

The actress has since apologised.

According to her, she cannot believe how insecure their services could be though they insist nobody can withdraw monies without the required approval.

Talking about the unfortunate incident, the influencer said she believes it was an internal job because no one had access to her private code.

I believe its your workers! It must be looked into. My money must be found…this is becoming unbecoming.

She further said: You assure us of our monies being safe with you but it’s all lies. You people must pay our monies to us [SIC].

She then urged everyone who had been caught in similar fate to voice out on social media by tagging the said company.

He statement was supported by others who claimed their monies were also taken without approval.

She disclosed she was at the shop to buy a few baby items for her unborn child as she discussed plans with Hajia4real to sign the baby as a brand ambassador.

According to Moesha, Salma Mumin is a hypocrite who wouldn’t think twice talking behind her friend’s back.

What pains Moesha is the fact that Salma jabbed her and other girls for having “fake” bodies but hopped onto the train for butt surgery in Turkey, which eventually went wrong.

Meanwhile, the curvy actress said Salma is bitter towards her because she wasnt satisfied with the results of her butt surgery.

Salma has denied embarking on a trip to have a butt surgery.
