Ghana Premier League side Swedru All Blacks have confirmed the appointment of Kassim Mingle Ocansey as their new head coach on an interim basis until the end of the season.
The experienced trainer takes over from Egyptian coach Ahmed Fathi Ibrahim, who has parted ways with the club along with his assistant and video analyst, Mohammed Adily.
In an official statement, Swedru All Blacks announced that Ocansey will lead the team through the remainder of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign.
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kassim Mingle as the head coach of the club till the end of the season,” the club stated on X.
Ocansey, formerly of Bechem United, had been without a club after leaving Nations FC following a challenging start to the current league season.
The Swedru-based side will be hoping the coaching change sparks a turnaround in form after their 2-0 defeat to Aduana FC last weekend. Their next test comes away from home against defending champions Bibiani GoldStars.
