Nigerian singer Omah Lay has opened up about serious eye problems he is currently experiencing, revealing that his vision has deteriorated to the point where he now needs glasses to read or watch TV.
In a candid social media post, the “Soso” hitmaker said, “I never thought there would come a time when I’d begin to wear glasses. My eye is finished, crazy. I wake up in the morning and my eyes are sore. It is what it is.”
Omah Lay, who previously spoke openly about battling depression and turning to smoking during that period, disclosed earlier this year that he had quit smoking for good. He explained that giving up the habit has made him feel healthier and more alive, even though he is still facing the long-term consequences of his past lifestyle.
