I believe His Excellency the presidentire has said a lot but on what has developed other nations, he had it all wrong. It is not only those areas that he mentioned but largely depends on the Arts. To be brief and use just one area of the arts, I would like to state emphatically that without Graphic Design there will be no advertising and if there is no advertising what he just said wouldn’t have got to the general public. I rest my case.
