The Ghana Prison Service has expressed deep condolences to Elder Frank K. Donkor, founder of Hebron Prayer Camp, and his wife, Madam Serah Donkor, following the tragic death of their children in a Sky Arrow microlight aircraft accident.
A delegation from Nsawam Medium Security Prison, Nsawam Female Prison, and Nsawam Camp Prison, led by Eastern Regional Commander DDP Patrick Thomas Seidu, visited the Donkor family to offer comfort and solidarity.

Officers including ADP Mahama Diabor, ADP Mohammed M. Adam (National Imam of the Ghana Prison Service), DSP Lydia Adenyo, and DSP Phyllis Lartey were part of the team.
During the visit, the family revealed that the government, through the Office of the Chief of Staff, has arranged a state burial for the children, scheduled for March 28, 2026, at the State House forecourt.

The delegation conveyed the Service’s deepest sympathies, recognizing the immense grief the family is enduring and assuring them of continued support.
Apostle Matthew Larbi Wettey, representing the family, expressed sincere appreciation for the visit, acknowledging the Ghana Prison Service’s longstanding relationship with Elder Donkor, particularly his annual engagement with inmates and officers at Nsawam Medium Security Prison.

The delegation signed the book of condolence, honoring Elder Donkor’s contributions and the family’s resilience in the face of tragedy.
