Old students of Ola Girls’ Senior High School are intensifying efforts to improve discipline among current students for a better future.
During an event dubbed “Rep Your House 2026,” organised by the Old Students Association, activities included jogging, aerobics, discussions, and the presentation of pens to final-year students.
Irene Tanye, Global Treasurer of the association, told Adom News that Ola Girls’ is known for discipline, and the group wants current students—especially first-years—to uphold that positive image for their future benefit.
She emphasised that the school trains students to be independent in their exam preparation. As a result, final-year students have been advised to avoid examination malpractice, which can negatively affect both their future and the school’s reputation.
Another former student, Akua Tiwaa, who is also a teacher, said the school stands for discipline and discourages examination malpractice. She urged students to remain disciplined in all areas, especially during their final examinations.
According to her, students must adhere to the school’s rules and regulations for the betterment of their futures.
