The awards, which celebrate outstanding young Ghanaians making impactful contributions across various sectors, aim to recognise innovation, leadership, and excellence among the nation’s youth. Organisers have announced that nominations opened on Saturday, December 20, 2025, and will close on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

The 2026 edition is being held under the theme:
“Youth Can, Youth Will: Leading the Charge to Redefine Ghana’s Future.” The theme highlights the growing role of young people as drivers of national development and social transformation.

Eligible individuals and groups are encouraged to file nominations through the official portal at https://apexafricaconcept.com/gyea/ . The awards are organized by Apex Africa Concept, known for championing youth empowerment initiatives across the country.

The Ghana Youth Excellence Awards has, over the years, become a respected platform for spotlighting young achievers in entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, social impact, creative arts, and other key sectors contributing to Ghana’s progress.
