The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has called on party members to demonstrate genuine loyalty and commitment to the party’s ideals and policies.
Speaking at a gathering in the Amenfi Central Constituency, Mr. Asiedu Nketia said membership of the NDC should go beyond verbal support, stressing that true party members must stand by all policies and decisions taken by the leadership.
According to him, it is inconsistent for individuals to claim allegiance to the NDC while openly opposing key policies or steps taken by the party.
He urged party supporters to rally behind appointed leaders and allow them to work effectively, noting that unity and collective support are essential for the party’s success.
Mr. Asiedu Nketia expressed appreciation to NDC members for their dedication and assured them that the party’s performance in government would make them proud ahead of the 2028 general elections.
“We believe that before 2028, you will be proud of us and still vote for us again,” he stated.
