Member of Parliament (MP) for Akim Swedru in the Eastern region, Kennedy Osei Nyarko, is threatening a law suit against the Auditor-General for naming him as a beneficiary of scholarship awarded by the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GetFund).

He has given the Auditor-General, Daniel Domelevo a 24-hour ultimatum to remove his name from GetFund scholarship list and render public apology.
Failing which, he’ll proceed to court.
