A motorcyclist has died in a rear-end collision at Anyaa Market in Accra.
The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) reported that the accident occurred at around 9:44 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2026, involving a motorcycle and a heavy-duty truck.
Fire personnel from the Anyaa Fire Station quickly responded to the scene to assist and secure the area.
The deceased’s body has been handed over to the Police for conveyance to the mortuary.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances and cause of the accident.
