For years, the retired educationist has dedicated time towards party communications on media platforms.
Aside from that, Mr. Ababio served as party administrator at the Regional Office of the NDC.
The gesture offered by Dr. William Atta Owusu seeks to reward the party faithful and encourage others to sacrifice for the party.
He said this is part of his social responsibility as a member of the National Democratic Congress to reward hard working members of the party.
Most political parties in the country are yet to have a plan that compensate communication team members for their roles.
Occasionally, party communicators have agitated for support in discharging their communication duties.
Dr. Owusu wants party financiers and others to support such people to discharge their mandates.
