It would be helpful if you could tell me how to make a noise complaint here in Accra, particularly on the weekend, when AMA offices are closed.
Honestly, it seems impossible to make a noise complaint here. No one cares. Let’s all piss off our neighbors with obnoxiously loud, bass booming music out of crappy speakers.
