Kwakye Ofosu outlines govt’s action-packed itinerary for the week

Minister in Charge of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has hinted at a busy week ahead for the government, with key activities lined up for President John Mahama and Attorney-General Dr. Dominic Ayini.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Mr. Kwakye Ofosu wrote:

President Mahama is expected to visit the Western Region to officially cut sod for the dualization of the 73.6-kilometre Cape Coast–Takoradi Road, a major highway linking the Central and Western regions.

The long-awaited project aims to improve road safety, reduce travel time, and boost trade and tourism along the corridor.

“Busy week for government. Today, President Mahama is off to the Western Region to cut sod for the dualization of the 73.6km Cape Coast–Takoradi Road.
Tomorrow, Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Hon. Dr. Dominic Ayini, presents a major ORAL update and finally unfurls ‘Rumble in the Jungle’.”

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice is expected to take center stage on Wednesday, where Dr. Dominic Ayini will deliver a major oral update on the government’s ongoing legal and anti-corruption initiatives.
