Popular Kumawood actor Nana Kofi Agyemang, widely known as Oboy Siki, has set social media abuzz after marking his birthday in a coffin.
In a viral video circulating online, the actor is seen lying in a closed coffin placed inside a hearse as part of what he described as a spiritual exercise to commemorate his special day.
Explaining the reason behind the unusual celebration, Oboy Siki said the act was meant to purify himself and invoke blessings for his loved ones.
“I am celebrating my birthday in a coffin to purify myself and bless my loved ones. I want them to get money and prosper,” he said in the video.
He also issued a strong warning to those who take him lightly.
“Anybody who jokes with me, if I die today, action will follow the person,” he stated.
The controversial actor further revealed that he had planned to remain in the coffin for three days but later changed his mind.
“I wanted to sleep in the coffin for three days, but the spirit is telling me not to do so,” he added.
It would be recalled that in 2023, Oboy Siki predicted that he would die in 2024, a prophecy that did not materialize.
