Dr. Stephen Amoah, a member of Kennedy Agyapong’s campaign strategy team, has announced plans to organise what he described as the biggest praise and worship concert on January 2, ahead of the New Patriotic Party’s presidential primary.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Dr. Amoah, who is also the Member of Parliament for Nhyieso, said the event is part of efforts to spiritually prepare and support Kennedy Agyapong’s presidential ambition.
He expressed strong confidence in Agyapong’s leadership, insisting that he has what it takes to transform Ghana and lead the NPP to victory in the next general elections.
“I believe in Kennedy Agyapong. He will come to change Ghana and win the elections for the NPP,” Dr. Amoah stated.
According to him, prayer plays a central role in the campaign. He revealed that the team observes prayers on the first Friday of every month and has established a prayer fellowship at the campaign office.
Dr. Amoah further claimed that a significant number of churches across the country are spiritually backing Kennedy Agyapong, noting that continuous prayers are being offered for his success.
“Every first Friday of the month, we gather for prayer in our campaign office, where we have established a church that meets regularly. Kennedy has strong support, with approximately 70-90% of churches in Ghana backing him and praying for his success. God is with Kennedy Agyapong,” he added.
