Senior member of the Kennedy Agyapong campaign, Dr. Mark Assibey-Yeboah, has praised Kennedy Agyapong for embodying discipline, honesty, and a firm stance against corruption, even within the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Dr. Assibey-Yeboah emphasised that under Kennedy Agyapong’s leadership, any NPP member found guilty of misappropriating public funds would face the law without political protection.
“Even if you are NPP and involved in corruption, you will be prosecuted. You will not be defended because of party affiliation. Let people go through due process when they are wrong,” he said.
He described Kennedy Agyapong as a pragmatic and disciplined leader who does not tolerate misconduct.
According to Dr. Assibey-Yeboah, Kennedy Agyapong’s uncompromising position on corruption is restoring confidence among voters who want leaders willing to prioritise national interest over party loyalty.
