Isaac Nelson has been named the Eminent Male Radio Personality of the Year at the 2025 Eminent Awards, organised by Chilky Media and held at the GNAT Hall in Accra.
The award celebrates his exceptional contribution to radio broadcasting, creativity, and dedication to producing engaging and inspiring content for listeners across Ghana.
Isaac Nelson, affectionately known on-air as Nelson, is a committed Ghanaian radio producer and co-host making remarkable strides in the media industry.
Originally from Enyan Dankyire in the Central Region, he was born and raised in Accra, where he completed his studies in Computer Engineering in 2008.
His journey into broadcasting began after frequent appearances as a guest on radio programmes ignited his passion for the field.
Determined to sharpen his craft, he later pursued Broadcast Journalism at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC).
Nelson officially launched his radio career in 2018 with the Multimedia Group Limited. At Asempa 94.7 FM, he serves as the producer and co-host of popular shows such as Yefri Asore Aba, Anopa Sore, and Akwankyire.
He also works with Adom 106.3 FM, where he produces and co-hosts Awurade Kasa, Ebere No So A Na Aso, and Adom Ahengua.
Through his hard work, creativity, and passion for excellence, Nelson continues to inspire and connect with audiences across the country, solidifying his reputation as one of Ghana’s most influential voices in radio broadcasting.
