Suggestions that profits from foreign companies should rather be taxed for that purpose should come from you and not the traders. Monies going outside Africa should rather be taxed for that purpose. Do u think the whiteman would have done that to themselves. African leaders should be wiser. Traders are rather showing u the way to go about it. Then there is no justification for being our leaders if u cannot be there for us.
