The Ministry of Health has begun accepting applications from qualified Ghanaian nurses interested in working in Grenada.
This follows a bilateral agreement between the governments of Ghana and Grenada to enhance healthcare collaboration and professional exchange.
In a statement, the Ministry said it is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses across various specialities, including critical care, accident and emergency, public health, and general nursing.
Applicants must satisfy the regulatory standards of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana and possess a minimum of five years of professional experience.

Required documents include academic certificates, a certificate of good standing from the Nursing and Midwifery Council, a recent criminal clearance certificate, curriculum vitae, reference letters, and a valid passport with at least two years before expiry.
Certified copies of all qualifications and professional credentials will be required during interviews.
The application window runs from Friday, October 24 to Tuesday, October 28, 2025, through the Ministry of Health’s online recruitment portal.

The Ministry emphasized that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
This initiative is part of Ghana’s broader effort to provide international employment opportunities for healthcare professionals while deepening bilateral ties and knowledge exchange in the health sector.
