The GNPC Foundation has reinforced its commitment to education by paying tuition fees amounting to GHS 7,904,754.79 for 2,571 students under its local scholarship programme.
The financial support, which also covers arrears from the 2023/24 academic year, highlights the Foundation’s determination to ensure that financial barriers do not hinder deserving students from accessing higher education.
Executive Director of the GNPC Foundation, Helga J.M. Boadi, emphasized the organisation’s resolve to continue investing in Ghana’s human resource development.
“The GNPC Foundation is committed to excellence and will support the development of the human resources needed to transform Ghana’s economy and future,” she said.
This intervention marks another milestone in the Foundation’s long-standing efforts to expand educational opportunities, bridge the gap between academic potential and financial accessibility, and build the skilled workforce required for national growth.
By settling both current fees and outstanding arrears, the Foundation has ensured that beneficiaries can pursue their studies without disruption, positioning them to contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s socio-economic transformation.
The latest disbursement further cements the GNPC Foundation’s role as a key driver in the country’s educational development, nurturing future leaders and professionals to advance Ghana’s progress.
