More than 100 houses in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirem Municipality in the Central Region are estimated to have been flattened following the overflow of some rivers in the Central Region.
Some major bridges linking several towns and communities have also collapsed.
The Director-General of the National Disaster Management Organization is touring the affected areas.
