First Atlantic Bank PLC has announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, starting at 10:00 a.m.

Shareholders are expected to deliberate on key matters affecting the bank’s operations, including the report of the Directors and the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, along with the report of the external auditors.

The meeting will also consider the declaration of a final dividend for the 2025 financial year, subject to approval by the Bank of Ghana.

Other agenda items include the appointment of four Non-Executive Directors to the board, authorizing the board to fix the remuneration of external auditors for 2026, and approving directors’ remuneration.

Voting at the AGM will be conducted in person, while shareholders unable to attend may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf.
