Residents of Kwahu Obomeng in the Kwahu South Municipality have expressed excitement ahead of the upcoming Adom Kwahu Easter Street Jam, set to feature celebrated Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy.
The highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place on Easter Saturday at Adom Park, a key venue expected to draw large crowds from across the country as part of the annual Kwahu Easter festivities.
Speaking to Adom News, some residents commended Adom FM and Adom TV for bringing a top-tier performer to the community, describing the initiative as a major boost for local entertainment and economic activity.
They noted that beyond the music and excitement, the event is expected to drive business for traders, food vendors, and hospitality operators in the area during the festive period.
Excitement was evident among fans, many of whom were seen singing some of Stonebwoy’s popular songs and expressing their eagerness to witness his live performance.
However, some residents raised concerns about the capacity of Adom Park, suggesting that the venue may be too small to accommodate the anticipated turnout. They called for adequate planning to ensure safety and smooth organisation on the day of the event.
Despite these concerns, the general mood in the community remains upbeat, with many looking forward to a vibrant Easter celebration filled with music, energy, and unforgettable moments.
