Mentioning the names of the channels as Kojo Nkansah TV, Official Lil Win TV, and Wezzy Empire, he stated that no other Ghanaian YouTuber had achieved that feat.

“Anyone who calls themselves a champion should bring out three awards they have received from the YouTube platform. It has never happened before. Never. For someone to receive three awards from YouTube.”

He further stated that he does not talk much but shows action, which has become evident with his number of followers on his various channels and the plaques he has received.

Meanwhile, popular Ghanaian YouTuber Kwadwo Sheldon responding to the video and shows was not pleased with Lil Win’s statements.

Week 7 is the closet contestant Portia has been to clenching the title as best designer for the week.

Though she came second place for the night, her model was full of praise for her while revealing she is in love with Portia’s design.

Week 6 also favoured contestant Portia during the freestyling task.

She opted for sequins and fluffy design for a birthday diva.

Her design was not enough to earn her the best designer spot, but it narrowly saved her for tasting eviction.

Contestant Portia played it safe with a one-hand pink gown and an extra purse for Week 3.

She employed the technique of draping and side pleating to create a curvy impression on her model.

The judges were absolutely smitten by her signature sleeves and applauded her for her creativity.

For his Avant Garde design, he redefined the term slay queen to depict a model who can ‘kill’ any outfit on the runway rather than the stereotype of a sexually energetic female.

His model mounted the runway in a beautiful black gown and head piece.

The judges applauded him for his creativity from week one to the very end of the game. It is not surprising he is a two-time best designer for the night winner.

Relive some of Emma’s fashion moments that won him the fans’ heart

Contestant Emma set the pace for his colleagues to follow when he became the first ever ‘best designer for the night’ in week 2.

In the eight-hour task period, Emma successfully produced a bell mini gown with puff sleeves made from a combination of ankara fabric and lace.

As the winner for week two task, Emma had a collaboration with a 12-year-old pupil to create a beautiful design.

The pupil made a beautiful illustration which Emma brought to life for the glamourous dinner outfit task.

They came up with a dress comprising two shades of green and a fascinator as an accessory.

Week 6 came with it’s own steeze and Emma was sure to represent. He freestyled a ball gown for his model during the task free week.

His combination of colours as well as his blend of designs and fabrics is one that always makes his pieces stand out.

Emma styled the ever gorgeous Maame Kyere Diamond for the Week 7 celebrity edition. He designed for her a Gatsby-themed gown with black fabric for her red carpet loojk.

Though the design did not earn him the slot as best for the night, he made sure to be among the top 4 from the judges’ pick.

The diversity of the hair strands and the broom which served as an accessory is to preach on how the diverse human race; extinctive by complexion, country, tribe etc, collectively forms a single specie.

The judges believed her creativity sense was very high and her methodology of bringing her ideas to life was highly fashionable

Check out highlights of Grace Eshun’s Adepam journey

Grace was the designer for the night during the week 3 of the Adepam competition.

The design, which earned her the acknowledgement, was a simple red silky gown with thigh slits and a flowy tail.

Though her design was not exaggerative, the judges believed her detailing and techniques worked in her favour.

Judge Sikapa complimented her for being the main contestant who went according to the theme.

Grace portrayed the heroism of mothers during the week 6 task.

For a task that required contestants to think outside the box, Grace came up with a design to appreciate mothers for the struggles they go through just to bring another life unto this earth.

Her choice of colour (green) told the story of nature and feminism, and the judges could not help but appreciate her creativity.

For the Week 7 celebrity edition, Grace had the opportunity to style Ghanaian on-screen goddess, Beverly Afaglo.

Beverly looked elegant in a royal blue simple gown Grace styled, which was accessorized with some patterns and mesh to give it a classy look.

Grace found her way into the top four best designs for the night with the outfit.

Adepam Season 2 Week 7 (Grace)

Grace proved over the weeks that she was an all rounder. She is exceptionally talented in designing male couture as well.

Week 10, she produced a three-piece Agbada for diminutive actor Joe Shortingo which was on the lips of all her fans.

For his final task in the season 2 of the Adepam fashion competition, KBaw pieced together an Avant Garde booth gown to tell the story of how the world has evolved into an advanced realm.

His Kente gown had a large booth to it’s rear to signify how the phonebooth and photo studios are gradually becoming a thing of the past, kind courtesy technology.

The judges were intrigued by his creativity and innovation, but were struggling to note how his elaborate concept would be feasible in the real world.

Times KBaw made a mark in the Adepam competition

When KBaw was announced the best designer for the night in Week 7, tears of joy trickled down his cheeks. It was at that moment he became very sure he stood a chance of etching the spot as a winner.

He portrayed the uniqueness of an African princess with his craft and backed it with a superb story telling of the hope for Africa.

KBaw produced a Kente gown adorned with cowries, and the ‘Gye Nyame’ symbol resting on the shoulders of the outfit.

Week 7 was also a good week for KBaw. For the celebrity edition, he adorned his model, presenter Roselyn Feli, with a sparkly fitting gown for her red carpet look.

His draping design and the patterns were unique, according to the judges.

Adepam Season 2 Week 7 (KBaw)

The designs for Week 6 were over the top, but KBaw’s own stood tall.

The task was simple, yet complicated. Contestants were required to design decent beach wears for their plus size models.

KBaw settled for a simple swim wear with a mesh coverup and matching beach hat. The design was all he decided to win the judges’ heart for the night.

Designer KBaw’s outfit for week 10 was designed for Kumawood actor and Big Talent season 1 contestant, Tapoli.

He made a two-toned burgundy and creamy outfit for the diminutive figure.

The unique piece of the design was the exaggerative hand on one part of the two-piece outfit.

Luxury and style never go out of style irrespective of the weather condition, and that is exactly what the finalists sought to teach when their models rocked the runway with winter outfits with a touch of Hollywood vibes.

Contestant KBaw made a season of the year convertible winter jacket for a business woman.

The outfit consists of a black turtle neck top and trousers, but his creative statement was a bag which can be transformed into a designer jacket.

The judges complimented him for his creativity and innovation, as they appreciate his fashion concept.

He was followed closely by contestant Ahmed who made a refined traditional outfit for a Northern bride.

The perfect blend of the blue fabric and the gold tone was one the judges could not overlook.

Ahmed’s concept was aimed at bringing unity despite cultural diversity.

Finalist Emma‘s theme for the night was technology. He chose the concept to lecture on how technology is the future of fashion.

His outfit was a creative gown designed in a form of light to illuminate the world on the hidden gems of fashion.

Of the five themes for the night, contestant Portia settled on the nature theme.

She took inspiration from a pineapple plant to appreciate nature, and its diverse significance to the human race.

Her outfit was a yellow gown with the pineapple effect in the leg area. Though her piece was beautiful, it was the judges’ opinion she fell short of creativity.

The final contestant for the night was Grace who produced a futuristic outfit for her model.

According to her, her intent is to create a message infused outfit for the everyday working woman.

The outfit comes with a charging socket for mobile phones and other electrical devices.

It is for this reason that his final outfit for the Avant Garde edition of the Adepam Season 2 finale was a cobra-inspired outfit.

He took inspiration from the deadly reptile to make a costume to sell his market as a couture as well as a signature ready to work designer.

Check out highlights from his Adepam journey

Contestant Ahmed had the widest smile in the Week 7 of Adepam Season 2 after he snatched the spot for the best designer of the night for the first time.

Ahmed designed a shimmery shirt and trousers for his model, Nathaniel Attoh of Joy Sports and gave extra touch to the look with a simple side cap.

His model wore the outfit and his attitude on the run way exhibited exactly how jolly he felt rocking Ahmed’s design.

Ahmed was one of the contestants to sew for a male model, and that decision went in his favour.

Adepam Season 2 Week 7 (Ahmed)

Week 6 gave Ahmed the perfect opportunity to unleash his creativity in the most unprecedented way.

For the freestyle task edition, he designed a Halloween-themed outfit for his model.

He made good use of his black fabric which he remodeled into a beautiful outfit and complemented the look with a wing.

He named the outfit the ‘angel of death’ yet, he was saved from eviction by sheer grace on that night.

Week 5 of Adepam Season 2 task was simple: Design a breathtaking outfit for Mother of the Bride.

The task saw the auditorium light up in colours as models took their turns on the runway, but Ahmed’s model ended up on the lips of the audiences.

While his colleagues were designing for white weddings, Ahmed defied the status quo with an outfit for an Islamic marriage rite.

He designed a beautiful kaba and slit outfit and complemented the look with a soft gele and hijab for his elderly model.

Ahmed attracted applauses from the audience with his elegant black Gatsby-themed gown.

He made good use of feathers and fluffy fabric to create a see-through corset style the judges appreciated.

Though his outfit was good, it was the judges’ opinion he went a little below than his usual creative designs.

For the male models, the contestants chose signature styles outside the usual Kaftan look the judges and audiences were in awe of.

Models for the night were presenters Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Tima Kumkum, Roselyn Feli, Sister Sandy Bi Ye Guy, all of the Multimedia brands, as well as special stars; Beverly Afaglo and Piesie Esther.

For the male personalities, Nathaniel Attoh and Rev. Kwamena Idan killed the job.

Adepam Season 2: Vida Adedegamor evicted http://34.58.148.58/adepam-season-2-vida-adedegamor-evicted/ Mon, 22 Aug 2022 14:07:56 +0000 https://www.adomonline.com/?p=2152801 Week 5 of Adepam Season 2 came to a sad end when contestants had to wave their final goodbye to their evicted colleague Vida Adedegamor.

Under the brand name Vidash, the fashion designer dropped elegant custom-made outfits week after week.

In the previous week, she made the list of top 4 best designers for the night, but her design for this week went downward spiral.

Designing for a Mother of the Bride theme, Vidash made a simple Kaba and slit outfit for her model from a white polish cotton.

She adorned the outfit with a lace short sleeves and a piece of Kente fabric as coverup.

Vida becomes the third contestants to be evicted from the show. Week 4 saw Onyameous and Patrick evicted.

Nine contestants are still battling for the slot as winner of Season 2 of Adom TV’s number one fashion competition, Adepam.

Adepam shows every Sunday at 4:00pm. Vote for contestants by dialing their unique number to the short code *711*60#.

After being in bottom 4 last week, Emma shot his way to the top with his exquisite design for the Mother of the bride task in Week 5 of the Adepam Season 2 competition.

Judges expected the contestants to glamourize their models and make them the envy of other guests.

This is exactly what contestant Emma did with his corset Kaba and slit. It perfectly fit the average-sized body of his model.

He defined the joy of the occasion with a yellow and nude fabric and complemented the look with a silver purse and decent gele style.

His design topped the best four selected by the judges and consultant on the basis of creativity and how the fabric colour blended perfectly with the skin tone of his model.

Adepam Season 2 Week 5 (Emma)

Emma has earned the bragging right of a two-time winner, the first contestant to win that title since the show began.

He is followed closely by Grace and KBaw with a single win each.

Emma became the first contestant to win Best Designer of the night during the Week 2 of the competition.

Designing for the Corporate look task, he made a corset two piece skirt and top for his model.

Irrespective of one’s identification, there is always a special category to fit in.

The fashion world, in most instances, walks hand in hand with slender physique, but Ghana’s number one educative fashion show, Adepam is redefining the long-held stereotype.

The previous two editions, Signature couture and Corporate looks, were dedicated to slender models, but the Week 4 of Adepam Season 2 was reserved for plus size models.

The 12 contestants were tasked to stitch a decent beach wear for their beautifully fleshy models, and they did justice to the theme.

Adepam: Onyameous and Patrick evicted as competition enters Week 4 http://34.58.148.58/adepam-onyameous-and-patrick-evicted-as-competition-enters-week-4/ Tue, 16 Aug 2022 14:01:46 +0000 https://www.adomonline.com/?p=2150013 Two contestants have been axed from the Season Two of Adom TV’s ever educative fashion show Adepam as the competition enters Week 4.

Kwabena Nyame Amokwando under the brand name Onyameous was the first of the 12 contestants to taste eviction before being followed shortly by Patrick Obeng.

This leaves 10 contestants; six males and four females to battle for the envious tag as winner.

Onyameous is a 34-year-old resident of Accra and he was the contestant number 6 in the competition.

For the first task, the signature couture look, he made a semi-detachable gown made from a shiny blue-black fabric.

The tail can be reversed to expose a short skirt lying effortless beneath the gown. He complemented the look with some beadwork.

During Week 2, Onyameous presented a two-toned jumpsuit that the judges and audience could not have enough of.

One side of the jumpsuit was made with brown fabric and the other with white as the entire front part was adorned with beads.

The judges described his style as the best presentation he has made as they call for a round of applause for him.

Week 3 came with a different twist as the contestants were tasked to make a decent beach wear for a plus size model.

He presented a two-piece bareback top with shorts and added a green coverup.

Patrick Obeng, on the other hand, has brought pride to the people of Agona Swedru where he hails.

Despite his few years in the fashion industry, the 24-year-old brought his A game to the competition.

Week after week, he made presentable and creative outfits, but votes did not go in his favour.

He is the only contestant who made an ensemble for a male model in Week 3 of Adepam Season 2.

He presented a three-piece signature wear which redefined the African look and made it outstanding.

In Week 2 he made the audiences drool over his colourful shirt and shorts which best describes the signature ready-to-wear theme.

He made a perfect blend of nude fabric and African prints.

His last style in the show is a three-piece beach wear and a hat he made for his plus size model.

The two have left an indelible mark in the competition.

Check out glamorous dinner styles to choose from Adepam Week 3 runway http://34.58.148.58/check-out-glamorous-dinner-styles-to-choose-from-adepam-week-3-runway/ Mon, 08 Aug 2022 17:04:36 +0000 https://www.adomonline.com/?p=2146993 Wondering what to wear for an exclusive dinner event? Adom TV’s Adepam fashion show has got you covered with exquisite designs for Week 3 runway.

Building up from the previous week’s Signature couture, the 12 contestants of Ghana’s biggest fashion competition were tasked to produce breathtaking dinner outfits.

True to judges Sikapa and Seiwaa’s expectations, the audiences agreed that the contestants delivered to perfection.

Of all the designs, contestant Grace Eshun walked home as the best designer for the night. She now tallies with last week’s winner for Signature Couture, Emma, with single wins each.

The design, which earned her the acknowledgement, was a simple red silky gown with thigh slits and a flowy tail.

Though her design was not exaggerative, the judges believed her detailing and techniques worked in her favour.

Judge Sikapa complimented her for being the main contestant who went according to the theme.

She was followed closely by contestant Dzifa who designed a black and golden ensemble.

She accessorized her couture gown with beads and secured the slit with golden chains.

Judge Seiwaa expressed interest in the perfect blend of the black lace and gold fabric.

Onyameous‘s model mounted the runway with a semi-detachable gown made from a shiny blue-black fabric.

The tail can be reversed to expose a short skirt lying effortless beneath the gown. He complemented the look with some beadwork.

The judges believe his creativity is A+ but in terms of style, he fell a little short.

Contestant Vidash sew a dress for a dark-skinned client with a two-toned burgundy fabric accessorised with white flowery patches.

She included a handmade purse and fascinator for the evening look.

Judge Seiwaa appreciated her effort but she was not too impressed with the fascinator and other visible details of the gown.

Gabby claimed all the fans when his model mounted the runway with a two-toned black and white gown.

The design is such that the tail can be detached to leave a full jumpsuit look for both executive and casual dinner.

The judges saluted him for his creativity and bringing the design to life in its fullest.

Contestant Philip brought stiff competition to the game with his black and brown fitting gown he designed for his model.

The gown looked simple from the mid section to the slit, but he added a touch of elegance to the bust area and hands.

He created an elaborate shoulder style and added a turban for extra effect.

The judges applauded him for his creativity, but it is their opinion the design is too racking for a dinner event.

Contestant Richie brought a royal gala feel to the runway by designing a gold gown with a shawl-like extension to the shoulder area.

He created extra design with pleats and folds to define the curves of his model.

The judges believed it is a good work and they had no fault with his sewing technique.

However, the fascinator, they believe, does not complement a dinner outfit.

KBaw designed a style he calls ‘economy’ which is suitable for multiple events aside dinner.

He opted for a simple red and black flare dress which has a hidden and tucked wide-legged pant.

The judges expressed disappointment that he went below the theme for the week, however, they opined his style would have been a perfect fit for a casual wear.

Ahmed attracted applauses from the audience with his elegant black Gatsby-themed gown.

He made good use of feathers and fluffy fabric to create a see-through corset style the judges appreciated.

Though his outfit was good, it is the judges’ opinion he went a little below than his usual creative designs.

Contestant Portia played it safe with a one-hand pink gown and an extra purse.

She employed the technique of draping and side pleating to create a curvy impression on her model.

The judges were absolutely smitten by her signature sleeves and applauded her for her creativity.

Patrick is the only contestant who made an ensemble for a male model in Week 3 of Adepam Season 2.

He presented a three-piece signature wear which redefined the African look and made it outstanding.

Unlike the usual tuxedo and suit and tie, he made a multi-coloured robe which covers his usual shirt and trousers.

He took inspiration from Emperor Haile Selassie, but added his own twist of a big belt in the middle section of the outfit.

As the winner for last week’s task, Emma had a collaboration with a 12-year-old pupil to create a beautiful design.

They came up with a dress comprising two shades of green and a fascinator as an accessory.

Their joint effort brought to life a multiple hook sleeves on a corset top and flowery slits.

Again, the judges believe Emma outdid himself, but he lost some points for including a fascinator for a dinner wear.

Adepam Season 2: Emma crowned best designer for week 2 http://34.58.148.58/adepam-season-2-emma-crowned-best-designer-for-week-2/ Tue, 02 Aug 2022 08:34:22 +0000 https://www.adomonline.com/?p=2144607 Contestant Emmanuel Ofori has been crowned the best designer for week 2 of Adom TV’s ever-entertaining fashion show, Adepam Season 2.

The contestants were tasked to present a signature ready-to-wear look, in contrast to last week’s corporate outfits.

In the 8-hour task period, Emma successfully produced a bell mini gown with puff sleeves made from a combination of ankara fabric and lace.

Contestant Grace also wowed the judges with black trousers and white bell sleeves fastened with a detachable corset belt.

The judges complimented her for her creativity but admonished her to take proper measurements of the model to ensure her designs fit her size.

The audience went wild for contestant Dzifa when her model appeared on the runway wearing a two-piece ‘crazy’ romper and a one-hand maxi dress.

The romper is a perfect fit for a morning outdoor event while the coverup is for night purposes.

Contestant Portia dazzled the judges with a denim-like romper and slit puff sleeves.

The judges appreciated her design and ankle section techniques.

Onyameous presented a two-toned jumpsuit that the judges and audience could not have enough of.

One side of the jumpsuit was made with brown fabric and the other with white as the entire front part was adorned with beads.

The judges described his style as the best presentation he has made as they called for a round of applause for him.

Patrick made the audiences drool over his colourful shirt and shorts which best describes the signature ready-to-wear theme.

He made a perfect blend of nude fabric and African prints.

The judges found no fault with his design and urged him to continue his good work.

Contestant Vidash brought some sparkle to the runway with a mirror two-piece couture suitable for weddings.

The outfit can either be worn as a short dress or a flowy gown with raffles in the slit area.

She included a fascinator for an exaggerative feel.

Ahmed gave a whole new different definition to the theme by styling his model with a three piece crop top, bell trousers and a pull over.

His signature looked mimicked the 90s way of dressing.

The judges comments were brief and concise, “this is good”.

Philip dazzled the judges and audiences with a blue-black three piece couture which projected the masculinity of his model.

The outfit can be worn as an official wear but the kimono brought a touch of class to the whole look.

The judges complimented his creativity and applauded him for his choice of fashion.

Contestant Richie went beyond his comfort zone to sew a flamingo dress for his female model.

The asymmetrical dress is short in the front with a cascade look in the back side.

It is the judges remark that his flamingo dress is his best design yet.

Kbaw attracted stares with his mambos agbada which he accessorized with a tie and collar.

He opted for a nude shiny fabric with which he joined a two-piece men’s wear with the agbada to make a singular look.

Contestant Gabby presented a handmade ‘shade of bone’ corset jumpsuit.

He choose a blue-black fabric blended with white applique and a two-sister wide bell trouser.

The inspiration is for both fun and red-carpet events.

Adom TV’s Adepam contestants show off dazzling corporate wears in Week 2 http://34.58.148.58/adom-tvs-adepam-contestants-show-off-dazzling-corporate-wears-in-week-2/ Tue, 26 Jul 2022 11:38:08 +0000 https://www.adomonline.com/?p=2142165 The real game of the second edition of Adom TV’s Adepam has commenced and the contestants have exhibited their readiness in the most talented way.

Following the task of the week, the 12 contestants combined creativity and elegance to produce mind-blowing corporate wears.

The contestants went beyond the usual already made garments and suit outfits to make good use of locally produced fabrics to cut out their styles.

The most appreciated style for the night went to contestant Emma who sew corset top accessorised with white lace for the shoulders and low-slit pencil skirt to match.

The perfect bend of the white lace outlines and the ash fabric is all he needed for judges Sikapa and Madam Seiwaa to call for three rounds of applauses for him.

Ahmed, who explained his choice of outfit was for a CEO of a fashion house, produced a white shirt with blue pinafore and extra suit for coverup.

He also included a detachable tight guiders design to the bottom of the skirt.

It was judge Sikapa’s judgement that there was more room for improvement which he hoped to see as the competition progresses.

Philip took inspiration from top designers to sew a two-toned black dress with a unique design to the left shoulder.

At the back, he punched some eyelets for his corset lacing, bringing some definition to the style.

Judge Sikapa applauded him for rendering the dress well to suit the stature of the model. He also mentioned the style idea was a good one.

Richie proved that the combination of black and red is not only suitable for funerals as he made a beautiful flur dress for his model.

The outfit is the combination of a suit for the body, a flopping fish design long sleeves.

Judge Seiwaa commented on the beauty of the overall work, but she pointed out that the shoulder area was gaping. That notwithstanding, she called for applause for Richie.

For a contestant who says fashion designing is his divine calling, it was not surprising KBaw ‘killed’ the look for the corporate theme.

He made an ash fitting dress, which has a black design on one side of the hip to knee section.

To the judges, the creativity was good but there was a minimal shaping technique.

Onyameous went the masculine way with an army green political dress with non exaggerative design to the front area.

He complemented the style with a detachable pocket that also serves as a pouch.

Though the judges found creativity in his style, they raised concerns over the folding and improper layout of the shoulder.

Contestant Patrick put his skills to the test to produce a white shirt, blue trousers with matching vests for his well-built model.

Unlike the regular full vests, Patrick made his bare back, which is fastened by a single lace.

Judge Sikapa applauded him for the unique idea, but he was quick to caution him on sewing to fit the measurement of clients or models.

Vidash, a designer with four years experience, made a corset-like two piece dress with a flowery blue fabric and a blue plain design.

She complemented her outfit with a matching bag made from the flowery fabric.

Creativity was on point, but the dress was too skimpy; this is according to Judge Seiwaa.

Grace made a shirt-like kaba and slit outfit using a blend of plain fabric and colourful African print material.

The judges remarked that that went a little below the theme but overall, her design and stitching were impressive

Cheers were roaring for Dzifa when her male model stepped unto the runway wearing two-piece trousers and vest.

The creativity in her design was from the slanted pockets on the vest.

The judges encouraged her to continue defying the norm, while paying attention to details and proper measurement.

Gabby produced a yellow dress made from cotton fabric and a long blue overcoat.

His design fit perfectly well into the corporate theme for the night and the judge complimented him for that.

However, Judge Sikapa struggled to find the creativity in the fabric.

Portia unleased some creativity with a suit and pencil skirt which rightfully exposed the curves of her model.

She matched the piece with a black inner

The judges believe though creative, her style was nothing out of the ordinary.

The past contestants, led by winner Berimapa, graced the launch of ‘Adepam’ season 2 to pass the baton to the new contestants.

The 12 fashionistas, who brought the couture world to a standstill, once again proved their worth as they hosted a runway to exhibit their talent.

Creativity was at its best and the applause and cheers were not lowered throughout the event.

Over 50 meticulously designed outfits for both males and females were outdoored as the models rocked the elegant outfits.

In all, the audience agreed with host Sandra Ababio that it was a night of display of timeless fashion.

How I almost fainted on movie set – Sandra Ababio opens up http://34.58.148.58/how-i-almost-fainted-on-movie-set-sandra-ababio-opens-up/ Tue, 21 Jun 2022 13:05:27 +0000 https://www.adomonline.com/?p=2128858 Actress Sandra Sarfo Ababio has recounted a not-so-rosy experience she had on set that almost made her lose consciousness.

While speaking on the cons of acting, she revealed there came a time she almost rejected a movie offer after she was faced with unbearable stress on set.

In Ewiase Afunu Me, where she played the lead role, Sandra said she was made to shoot more than 50 scenes, which is twice the average number of scenes per movie.

To make matters worse, she was required to change into different moods at different times, according to the script.

“I cried throughout to some point, I was beaten, stamped upon and slammed with different things,” she recounted.

After the cameras had gone off, Sandra said she felt light-headed and drained due to the constant maltreatment by other characters.

However, she believes that has shaped her to be the skilled actress and producer she is, five years on.

She made the revelation in an interview on Adom TV’s Badwam after she had been unveiled as host of talent show, Adepam.

Adepam, which attracts the response, ‘Won Sa Nu Adwuma’, is a vocational skill-oriented programme which seeks to unearth talents in the dressmaking fields.

The show begins airing from Sunday, July 4 at 4:00 pm on Ghana’s number one entertainment channel Adom TV.
