Dr. William Okyere Frempong, Lead Coach at Rovermed Consult, has urged Ghanaians to embrace wisdom, accountability and effective life management as essential tools for a productive year.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen as part of the “Beginning the Year Right” series, Dr. Frempong stressed that wisdom is central to successful goal-setting, noting that scripture encourages believers to seek wisdom in all endeavours.
He explained that accountability, action and authenticity must complement wisdom to achieve meaningful progress, adding that the absence of accountability often leads to setbacks, while ideas must be translated into action for tangible results.
Dr. Frempong identified time management, relationship management and financial management as the three core areas where wisdom must be applied.
He emphasised that time is more valuable than money because it cannot be recreated, urging people to use each moment purposefully. He encouraged listeners to make time for God, reflection, rest and renewal, and advised workers to take advantage of their leave to rest and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
On relationship management, he advised individuals to assess their family, friendships and professional connections, and to build associations that promote growth, accountability and wisdom.
Touching on financial management, Dr. Frempong called on people to maximise available resources, adopt effective financial tools and explore additional sources of income.
He concluded by urging Ghanaians to commit their plans to God and embrace wisdom as a guide for a fulfilling and productive year.
