The founder of Agrihouse Foundation, Alberta Nana Akyaa Akosa, is the 2024 recipient of the AgriFood Future Prize.

Madam Akosa was recognized in Salerno, Italy, by UnionCamere President Andre Prete for her exceptional contributions to strengthening the Agri-food systems across Africa, with a particular focus on Ghana.

President Andre Prete praised Alberta for her visionary approach and tireless dedication, emphasizing the significant impact of her work in empowering youth and women throughout Africa.

“Alberta has a clear idea of the “future of food,” and for this reason, we want to work with her to sustain the future of our food systems, through Technology and innovative approaches, Mr Prete lauded.
