An emotional moment unfolded at the National Theatre in Accra on Saturday evening as gospel musician Mavis Asante paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Maame Tiwaa during Adom TV’s Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols.
As the show gathered momentum, Mavis Asante took to the stage with a soul-stirring performance that momentarily shifted the atmosphere from celebration to reflection.
She sang a rendition of Maame Tiwaa’s songs including Tenabea Foforo and Yen Kan Kyere Yen Agya, drawing sustained applause from the audience.
