Actor Van Vicker is calling for the laws of the country to respected by all persons irrespective of one’s status or profession.
The actor, in a post on Instagram Tuesday, complained about a damaged tail light of a police pickup and wondered what would have happened if a private or commercial vehicle had such broken tail-lights.
