Robert Klah, Head of Public Events and Communications at Charterhouse Ghana, has addressed concerns over the apparent omission of the Group of the Year category in the initial nominations for the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
Speaking on DayBreakHitz, Klah confirmed that the category has not been cancelled, contrary to circulating speculation.
He explained that the nominees for Group of the Year will be announced later this week.
He assured that the category remains an integral part of the awards and will be duly recognized. Klah also urged the public and industry stakeholders to disregard claims suggesting that the category had been scrapped.
