Management of gospel musician Obaapa Christy has dismissed reports circulating on some blogs and media platforms claiming she has been involved in an accident.
In a statement, her management described the reports as false and misleading, assuring the public that the singer is safe.
The team added that she is in good health and actively continuing her ministry.
They urged fans and the general public to remain calm and avoid sharing unverified information on certain media platforms.
“We strongly advise our cherished fans and the general public to remain calm and refrain from engaging with or spreading such unverified and orchestrated stories. In particular, we encourage everyone to be cautious of certain media pages, including the Jist Trends platform, which has been involved in circulating this misinformation,” the statement said.
“As believers, we are guided by the Word of God, which teaches us to pray even for those who speak negatively or wish harm upon others. Therefore, rather than responding with anger, we choose to remain peaceful and commit everything into God’s hands.”
They expressed appreciation to supporters and well-wishers for their continued prayers and unwavering support for the gospel artiste and her ministry.
