Ghanaian dancehall musician and entrepreneur Shatta Wale has appealed to the government, politicians, and private investors to support his ride-hailing business, Shaxi.
Speaking during an interview on Ekosii Sen on Asempa FM with host Philip Osei Bonsu, Shatta Wale said support in the form of vehicles and other investments would help expand the initiative and create employment opportunities for many young people in the country.
According to him, the growth of the Shaxi platform could provide jobs for drivers and others within the transport ecosystem.
He therefore called on the government, politicians, and investors to come on board and partner with him to grow the business.
Shatta Wale added that he is ready to welcome anyone willing to support the initiative, with the goal of creating more jobs and improving livelihoods in Ghana.
