First Lady Lordina Dramani Mahama joined John Dramani Mahama to host the Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Terrance Michael Drew, and his spouse, Diani Jimesha Prince-Drew, at an official luncheon at the Presidency in Accra.

The luncheon formed part of the Prime Minister’s official visit to Ghana, aimed at strengthening diplomatic and cultural ties between the two countries.

Prior to the event, the First Lady held a cordial meeting with Mrs. Prince-Drew, during which they exchanged views on the historical links between Ghana and Caribbean nations.

Their discussion highlighted the shared heritage of the regions and the enduring connections shaped by history.

The conversation also touched on the cultural similarities that continue to bind the people of Ghana and the Caribbean, as well as their common aspirations for development and progress.

The interaction between the two women underscored the importance of people-to-people diplomacy and the role of cultural ties in strengthening international partnerships.

The engagement further reaffirmed the longstanding relationship between Ghana and Caribbean states, built on shared history, heritage, and cooperation.
