Ghana’s number one radio station, Adom 106.3 FM, on Saturday, February 14, spread love and laughter as it treated selected couples to a special Valentine’s Day experience.
Weeks ahead of the celebration, the station announced its much-anticipated “Kyere Wo Dɔ, Ɔdɔ Contract” promotion, inviting listeners to send 30 to 60-second WhatsApp voice notes outlining playful “relationship clauses” they would want their partners to sign onto.
From humorous demands such as “No phone after 10pm” and “No bestie interference” to practical requests like “Weekly chop money,” the entries poured in, sparking excitement among audiences.
After a thorough review of hundreds of submissions, five couples were selected for the grand event held at the elegant Le Pavillon Restaurant.
The atmosphere was filled with love, banter and heartfelt testimonies as couples shared secrets behind their long-lasting relationships.
One couple, married for 20 years, revealed that prayer has been the anchor of their union.
“We are addicted to prayer,” they said with smiles. “We fight sometimes, but we never let it go far. We don’t sleep over misunderstandings.”

Another couple, celebrating 32 years of marriage, shared a lesson in humility.
“It’s my husband who usually accepts his fault when there is a misunderstanding,” the wife disclosed, drawing applause from the audience.

Couples were presented with parcels from the programme’s sponsors as part of the celebration.
