“The Big Picture” philosophy is guiding over 500 youths as investment consultant, life coach, and author Richmond Kwame Frimpong inspires them to live with purpose and take control of their finances.
The sessions are currently ongoing at the Ekosiisen Beginning the Year Right 2026 Conference, held at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
Mr. Frimpong encouraged participants to understand their purpose, adopt intentional living, and apply disciplined strategies to achieve both personal and financial success.

“Until you understand your purpose, you will just be a product of circumstance,” he tells the audience. He introduces the SHAPE framework, explaining that each letter helps young people recognize what they stand for. “The ‘S’ is about seeing the big picture of who you are. God has created you specifically for something, and 2026 is one of many years you must live intentionally. You must discover why you are here and align your life to that reason,” he added.
Mr. Frimpong also conducted one-on-one personal coaching sessions with some participants, emphasizing disciplined saving and long-term financial planning.

He projected that with consistent effort, participants can grow their savings significantly.

“By January 17, 2027, you will be able to see the tangible outcomes of your disciplined savings and understand how profitable your strategy has been,” he noted.

Through his guidance on purpose and financial discipline, Mr. Frimpong is equipping participants with practical tools to approach 2026 with focus, determination, and a clear roadmap to success.
