A man believed to be in his late 50s has collapsed and died at a public toilet in Juaboso in the Western North Region.
The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon, sending shockwaves through residents and users of the facility, who rushed to the scene after noticing the man had slumped and was unresponsive.
He was later pronounced dead, prompting police intervention.
The body has been conveyed to the Juaboso Government Hospital mortuary, where it remains pending further investigation.
The Juaboso District Police said efforts are underway to identify the deceased’s family. An investigation has also been launched to determine the cause of death.
