Ghana striker Brandon Thomas-Asante has been named the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month for October.
The 26-year-old forward scored six goals during the month, helping Coventry City maintain their position at the top of the Championship table with 34 points from 15 games.
His prolific form has also seen him lead the league’s scoring charts with ten goals so far this season.

Currently in Asia with the Black Stars, Thomas-Asante is part of Otto Addo’s squad ahead of friendlies against Japan and South Korea as Ghana ramps up preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
He now aims to carry that momentum into international duty and hopes to continue his scoring streak when Coventry face his former club, West Brom, in their upcoming Championship clash on Saturday, November 22.
