Berekum Chelsea head coach Samuel Boadu has expressed his frustration after his side’s 2-0 home defeat to Hearts of Oak on Sunday in their Matchday 6 Ghana Premier League encounter at the Golden City Park.
Goals from Hamza Issah and Muwuli Wayo sealed victory for the visitors, extending Chelsea’s winless run in the ongoing 2025/26 campaign.
The loss leaves the Blues languishing in the relegation zone with only four points from six matches.
“It was really bad,” Samuel Boadu said after the match.
“We created a lot of chances and squandered them. During the second half, it was quite unfortunate – the corner kicks that hit the bar and entered the pole [goals conceded].”
Boadu and his charges will be eager to bounce back when they host Bibiani GoldStars in a rescheduled midweek fixture on Thursday before making the trip to face Young Apostles over the weekend.
