Hearts of Oak head coach, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, says his team can still improve their attacking efficiency despite their 2-0 victory over Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The Phobians ended a run of two consecutive draws against Bechem United and Heart of Lions with a well-deserved win at the Golden City Park in Matchday 6.
Goals from Hamza Issah and Muwuli Wayo secured all three points for the Accra-based side.
Speaking after the game, Dramani commended his players for their performance but admitted that there is still room for improvement, particularly in front of goal.
“Every game is very tough because all the teams are in the Premiership and every team tries to consolidate what they have,” Didi said.
“I think there is still more to improve. We have to remain consistent and sustainable.
“We still have a lot to improve as individual players and also as a team, but I think we are on the right path,” he added.
The win lifts Hearts of Oak to third place on the league table with 12 points.
The Phobians will next face Bibiani GoldStars in their Matchday 7 fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 26, with kick-off scheduled at 15:00 GMT.
