Vulnerable Aid Organization constructs 3-unit classroom for Breweniase R.C. JHS

In a significant effort to enhance educational facilities in rural areas, the Vulnerable Aid Organization (VAO) has successfully constructed a new three-unit classroom block with water facilities for Breweniase Roman Catholic Junior High School (R.C.J.H.S.) in the Nkwanta South Municipality of the Oti Region.

This initiative addresses growing concerns regarding inadequate learning environments faced by students in underserved communities.

The inauguration of the new classrooms was a momentous occasion attended by dignitaries, local leaders, and most importantly, the eager students and teachers of Breweniase R.C.J.H.S.

During the event, Joseph Antwi Awal, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area, expressed gratitude to the Vulnerable Aid Organization for their commitment to improving educational standards in the locality. He emphasized the importance of investing in education as a cornerstone for community development and individual growth.

Williams Tsakpa, the CEO of Vulnerable Aid, highlighted that the project is part of a larger initiative aimed at addressing educational inequality and providing quality learning environments for children in marginalized areas.

“Education is a fundamental right, and we must ensure that every child has access to a safe and conducive place to learn,” Tsakpa remarked during the inauguration ceremony.

The new facilities will not only accommodate more students but also provide them with an improved environment that fosters better learning outcomes.

With the growing population in Breweniase and surrounding areas, the need for expanded educational infrastructure has become increasingly urgent.

The completion of the three-unit classroom serves as a beacon of hope for the community, demonstrating that collective efforts can lead to meaningful change.

He advised community members and school authorities to take proper care of the facility to ensure its longevity.

Catholic Bishop, Gabriel Ababio Mantey of the Jasikan Diocese, who also attended the occasion, urged students to not only pursue academic excellence but also to maintain discipline and care for the structure so it can serve its purpose effectively.

He also called on other organizations to support vulnerable communities to help alleviate poverty.
