President John Dramani Mahama has pledged to restore Ghana’s status as a respected voice and influential actor in international affairs.
Speaking at his first media encounter on Wednesday, September 10, the President assured Ghanaians of his administration’s determination to drive national progress while strengthening the country’s global standing.
“With your continued trust and support, I am confident that we will not only meet these goals, but also build a nation that serves the hopes of this generation and the aspirations of generations yet unborn,” he said.
President Mahama reaffirmed his commitment to laying a solid foundation for economic recovery and restructuring state institutions to meet the demands of modern governance.
He emphasized that his government will prioritize improved service delivery nationwide while pursuing the vision of Ghana’s forebears for an economically independent and self-reliant nation.
“I am resolute in laying the foundations for economic recovery, resetting our institutions to reflect the demands of modern governance, and enhancing service delivery for every Ghanaian,” he declared.
“I am equally determined to restore Ghana’s rightful place as a respected voice and actor on the global stage.”
