In a heartfelt send-off ceremony at the Tesano Baptist Church, congregants, ministers, family, and friends gathered to celebrate the exceptional life and ministry of Rev. & Mrs. Sylvester Osei-Owusu, the immediate past pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Dome Pillar 2.
The event, filled with gratitude and reflection, marked the formal conclusion of Rev. Osei-Owusu’s active pastoral duties after decades of spiritual leadership, education, and public service.
A Call to Humility and Servant Leadership
In his farewell address, Rev. Osei-Owusu urged national and community leaders—especially politicians—to embrace humility and servant leadership.

His wife, Mrs. Lilian Osei-Owusu, also encouraged the youth to resist the urge for quick wealth.
“There is a time for everything. Don’t be in a hurry to get rich—be in a hurry to grow,” she advised.
