Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has retained his parliamentary seat for the Ofoase/Ayirebi constituency in the 2024 general elections.
Provisional results show the incumbent Member of Parliament and New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate secured 18,601 votes, representing 58.10% of the total votes cast.
His main contender, Alfred Osei-Poku of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), garnered 13,415 votes, which amounts to 41.90%.
