Ghana head coach Otto Addo has unveiled his squad for next month’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Chad and Mali.
The list includes established names such as Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus, Jordan Ayew, Gideon Mensah, Antoine Semenyo, and Inaki Williams.
Union Berlin defender Derrick Arthur Kohn is handed his maiden call-up, while Atalanta winger Kamaldeen Sulemana also makes the cut. Midfielder Elisha Owusu returns to the national team after recovering from a lengthy injury layoff.
Rising star Caleb Yirenkyi earns a place in the squad following his fine form with Danish side FC Nordsjaelland and his eye-catching performances at the Unity Cup in London.
Defender Tariq Lamptey is recalled, with Christopher Bonsu Baah and Ireland-based goalkeeper Joseph Anang also included for the double-header.
The Black Stars will open their campaign away to Chad at the Stade Olympique Maréchal Idriss Déby Itno on September 4 before hosting Mali at the Accra Sports Stadium on September 8.
Ghana currently sit top of Group I after six games and will be looking to extend their lead as they push towards a fifth appearance at the World Cup.
