A High Court in Kumasi has granted the thirteen members of the Delta Force who were remanded into prison custody for assaulting the Ashanti Regional Security Coordinator.
They were admitted to a ten thousand Ghana bail with 2 sureties bail.
The gang of 13 were initially remanded into prison custody by the KMA Circuit Court on Tuesday and fined GHC 2400 each for escaping lawful custody.
